WA Architects, Inc. is an African-American owned and operated design firm; the oldest such in the southwest region of Ohio.
We have a permanent staff of experienced professional architects and interior designers prepared to offer a wide range of services in building design and construction.
WA has extensive design experience on a wide variety of projects for a very diversified clientele throughout the Midwestern and Southeastern United States, including the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, State of Ohio, various religious and community organizations, as well as private and public clients.
In 1971, WA (formerly Wilson & Associates) was founded by Henry Wilson, Jr. PE providing structural engineering services. In 1976, architectural, engineering, and planning services were added enhancing the firm's capabilities to provide clients with a comprehensive project delivery system that provides responsible design solutions.
Henry Wilson, Jr. has also been Pastor of the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in Cincinnati for twenty-two years. Therefore, WA quite naturally brings considerable practical and spiritual knowledge to your project.
